1. Agreement
bhagyascore.com ("BhagyaScore", "we", "us") is owned and operated by Veya Collective Private Limited, 2nd Floor, Plot No. 4, Minarch Tower, Sector-44, Gurgaon, Haryana 122003, India. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of any digital report or service offered on it. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
BhagyaScore sells personalised digital reports based on classical Indian predictive disciplines, including palmistry (hast rekha), Vedic astrology (Jyotish) and numerology. All products are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
3. Nature of the reports
Astrology, palmistry and numerology are traditional belief systems. Our reports are provided for guidance, self-reflection and entertainment purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and we make no guarantee that any prediction, outcome or result described in a report will occur. Decisions you take based on a report are your own responsibility.
4. Accuracy of your details
Reports are prepared from the details you provide (name, date, time and place of birth, palm photographs). You are responsible for their accuracy. If a report is prepared from incorrect details you supplied, we may regenerate it as a courtesy but are not obliged to refund it.
5. Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected at the time of order through our payment partners. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
6. Delivery
Reports are delivered digitally to the email address (and, where provided, WhatsApp number) you give at checkout. See our Delivery Policy for timelines.
7. Refunds and revisions
Our refund and revision terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Intellectual property
Your report is licensed to you for personal use. All other content on this website, including text, branding and design, belongs to BhagyaScore and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Reports about a minor (for example a baby name report) may only be ordered by a parent or legal guardian.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
